Licence overview
Northern Signal audio is supplied under licence to the approved station named in the service agreement. The licence does not transfer ownership of the underlying scripts, concepts, performances, sound design, source sessions or production assets.
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, supplied imaging may be aired by the approved station while its account remains financial. Redistribution, resale, sharing with third parties, use by another station or extraction of individual components is not permitted.
Custom campaigns, bespoke promos and work outside the Broadcast Imaging Licence are quoted separately. Full terms will be supplied before activation. This page is a plain-English overview and should be legally reviewed before launch.
